I Am Undercovers

The NBC network has been promoting the new fall show Undercovers for several months now. The commercials have been pretty entertaining and make it seem like a show I would enjoy. Basically, the show is about a very attractive married couple who are spies and go on missions together. So there should be adventure, suspense, and romance which is a combination that I enjoy watching on my satellite TV pay per view. Plus, J. J. Abrams created it and he has the magic touch with previous big hit series like “Alias” and “Lost”. The leading man is played by Boris Kodjoe who is a very handsome actor. It is absolutely no surprise that he was named by People magazine in 2002 as one of the “most 50 beautiful people in the world.” He also appeared in the “Soul Food” tv show. The beautiful leading lady is played by English actress Gugu Mbatha-Raw. She has done several theater productions and the tv shows “Doctor Who” and “Bonekickers.” Together these two should “wow” the screen. Also appearing in “Undercovers” is one of my favorite older actors Gerald McRaney. I have loved this actor since he appeared in “Simon & Simon,” “Major Dad,” and “Jericho.” He just has such great presence and charisma on the screen. This should be a great show with such an impressive cast.
