Spanish women says she is the owner of the Sun
A Spain woman has said that she is the owner of the Sun and Sun is her property registered. The Spanish woman says she is going to charge the people who are benefited by the sun and energy and use it. The Spanish woman is from 49 years old and is a resident of Vigo and her name is Angeles Duran. Duran belongs to the north western region of Galicia and said she has heard a similar claim fro m a US-national. The US national claimed to have bought Moon,Mars and Venus and hence Duran wants the Sun reported the Daily Telegraph.
According to the Outer space treaty of the year 1967 the law prevents any government staking claim but it doesn’t apply for individuals. The staking claim for any celestial body from the space is not allowed by any government but for the individual the law is not there. But after consulting some of the law institutions present in Spain Duran has taken back her notary back. The document which reads as “the owner of the sun,a star of spectral type G2,located in center of solar system “was issued to Duran.
The document still reads some of the details of the sun like the distance from the which is around 149,600,000 kilometers. But after Duran saw the law she claimed the sun legally and said she was the first one to have claim the sun as it occurred to her. Duran has been in discussion with many representatives from Spain industry ministry over the levying fee of the voltaic cells. Many companies profit from the rivers which is public and now I am taking advantage of the sun quoted Duran.
