Tripoli militiamen abuse a woman
A Libyan woman was in need of help when she cried out for help the militiamen grabbed her and bundled her. The incident took place on Saturday when the woman slipped into the Tripoli hotel showing the bruises in her body. The woman claims that she has been inflicted by the Gadhafi’s militiamen and showed her scars to the journalists. To hear her story the reporters were seen gathering around her as the security guards grabbed and carried into a white car.
The name of the woman is Eman al-Obaidi who was arrested at the checkpoint in Tripoli and she is from Benghazi. Eman claims that the men have filmed her and swore on her and was being tied out while showing the marks on her. The lady face was heavily bruised while her right thigh had blood on it she was even peed violating her honor. There where about 15 men who had raped Eman and she was held at the checkpoint for two days.
In spite of all these the story is being independently verified and still under confusion whether she is released. At the place when Eman spoke one of the government minders said that the woman was drunk and was speaking nonsense. Most of the security men in the hotel tried to push Eman and intimidate her as she ran around one table to another. One of the hotel staff member grabbed even a knife and shouted calling her as a traitor and how dare she says it.
